Engineered from the ground up, ETT Off-Road Lowbed Trailers are manufactured from high quality components. The Lowbed model is designed to move heavy machinery with minimal hassle to ensure transportation is fast and safe. With a four-minute loading time, the lowbed trailers are the most versatile machines available. All ETT lowbed models are designed to connect to our haul trucks by attaching the sub frame to the truck via our zero-maintenance heavy-duty ball hitch and durable pins.

Our Off-Road Lowbed models are engineered to cater for a variety of mining equipment including drill rigs, large face shovels, bulldozers and excavators. The loading capacities range from 40 Tonnes up to 360 Tonnes and the machines are built to load from behind. At the rear, the deck is lowered to form a 4.5-degree inclined ramp and this loading process is remote controlled, allowing for the operator to move the ramp from a safe distance.

Standard lowbed deck surfaces are supplied in a range of configurations from 40 mT (metric Tonnes) to 60 mT as well as 80 mT and larger to meet the demands of the high-production mining environment. Deck variations include railway sleeper wood decks, steel decks that are fitted with heavy duty grouser patterns, as well as decks with G5 grade gravel-filled steel pockets to offer increased stability for holding tracked machinery.

ETT Off-Road Lowbed Trailers are also equipped with a fully integrated brake management system which is tested and certified to ISO 3450, which ensures safe travel on sloped terrain. All lowbeds are manufactured with a single axle design – this feature is cost effective as it minimises both road damage and tyre scuffing during the process of a U-turn.

To ensure superior performance in the toughest conditions, all lowbeds are fitted with a monitoring system that checks the operational standard of the machinery. Features such as brake temperature, brake pressures and brake cooling systems are monitored along with traveling speed, payload, data logging, quick reports and integrated warnings.
