ARTICULATED MODELS
Over years of development, we have refined the design of our water truck model. Compatible with all major OEM articulating truck models, tank capacities range from 18 000L to 50 000L.
The innovative CDR (Constant Deposition Rate) Spray System heads save water by precisely controlling water pressure to maintain a constant spray width regardless of engine speed and flow rate.
Among the many safety features of our water tanks, surge & slosh control is achieved by 12 internal baffle compartments - best-in-class surge control, increasing stability when driving.

RIGID MODELS
Water Trucks can be configured to customer requirements and are compatible with all major OEM rigid truck models, with tank capacities ranging from 36 000L to 230 000L.
A wide range of attachments are available to provide custom solutions per application. Water tanks are pinned to the vehicle chassis using the existing OEM bin pivot mounting points for safe and efficient connectivity.
The water tanks are comprehensively prepared and treated to ensure maximum corrosion protection, both internally and externally.

SAFETY
The lowest center of gravity water tanker on the market enhances safety by providing improved performance during maneuvering. Steeper rollover angle when compared to competitor tanks. ISO-compliant fold down handrails and roof access stairs engineered to ISO 2867:2011, AS 5327:2022, and SANS 2867:2012 safety standards.

INNOVATION
OEM axle load ratings are adhered to due to the innovative tank design. Water tanks are pinned to the vehicle chassis using the existing OEM bin pivot mounting points for safe and efficient connectivity.
Stainless steel piping is used throughout the tank, which reduces the risk of exposure to rust and leakage and promotes longevity.

SUSTAINABILITY
Further to ETT’s innovative and water-saving CDR Spray System, a large filling chute prevents unnecessary water spillage when filling from an overhead water filling point; while on-site installation saves the need for additional transport when the tank is delivered, thereby reducing carbon emissions.

ULTRA LOW CENTER OF GRAVITY
ETT’s water tank has the lowest center of gravity of any articulated water truck tank. This is achieved by shifting the water down below the chassis line through the innovative saddle bag design.

UNIVERSAL TANK
Improve lead time and stock availability with our third-generation water tanker. We have taken our tank design to the next level by creating a truly universal tank platform. This allows the ETT Type 3 water tanker to be fitted on all major OEM trucks. The ETT universal tank can be transferred to a new prime mover after the current truck has reached end of life, despite the model or make.

MINE & CONTRACTOR SPEC
Specific to your operational requirements, ETT water tanks can be configure to Mine specifications for large operations, and Contractor specifications for contractor operations.

SURGE & SLOSH CONTROL
The ETT internal baffle system forms the core structure of the water tank, designed to minimize fluid surge and slosh, whilst simultaneously improving structural integrity and tank longevity.

FOLDING HANDRAILS
The hand railings are designed to easily fold down for road transport. The railings can be folded down in under two minutes and do not require tools to do so. Hand railings folded up and water cannon installed; or hand railings folded down and water cannon removed.
SPRAY OPTIONS
CDR SPRAY SYSTEM
Designed to distribute water to a road surface in a controlled manner, ETT’s CDR (Constant Deposition Rate) Spray Head maintains a spray pattern with minimal variation in width and deposition rate. Parameters such as pump speed, pressure and ground speed are considered to achieve consistent spray coverage, regardless of the truck travel speed.
WATER CANNONS
The roof-mounted water cannons – Remote Hydraulic Water Cannon, Elkhart Electric Water Cannon, and the ETT Manual Water Cannon – are designed for heavy-duty application to operate reliably in harsh mining environments.
SPRAY OPTIONS
