ETT Appoints two new Executive Directors
RICHARDS BAY, KwaZulu-Natal – 29 May 2026 – ETT, a leading global manufacturer of specialised support equipment for the mining and construction industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Executive Directors to ETT SA (Pty) Ltd, their South African sales and service business, effective 1 June 2026.
Nkateko Mthembi takes on the role of Operations Director, and Leonie Botha has been appointed Commercial Director.
Nkateko has been with ETT for 17 years, having served in various roles within the Engineering team. During his tenure he played a pivotal role in the development of ETT’s world-class product range, serving as General Manager – Special Product Engineering for the past three years.
As Operations Director, he will be responsible for all operational activities in the South African business, including after-sales service and support as well as managing key customer relationships.
Leonie has been part of the ETT team for the past seven years, serving in various financial and operational roles across the business. In her new position, she will oversee all commercial functions in the South African business, including administration and compliance.
Both Nkateko and Leonie will report directly to Andre McDuling, ETT’s Managing Director.
